Terms and Conditions

These Terms of Access and Use ("Terms") govern all use of this website (the "Site"), an independent editorial and affiliate resource covering Tower Rush, the crash-multiplier game developed by Galaxsys and released on February 28, 2024, and comparing the licensed casino operators through which the game is available. Accessing or using this Site in any manner constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If any provision is unacceptable to you, you must cease using the Site immediately.

One fundamental point must be established before anything else: this Site is not a casino and does not operate Tower Rush in any capacity. Galaxsys is the developer and licensor of Tower Rush. The game is distributed through independently regulated casino platforms, each of which holds its own licensing relationship with Galaxsys and its own regulatory authorization to conduct gambling. Our function is editorial and commercial: we describe how Tower Rush works, evaluate the operators distributing it, and earn referral commissions when readers register at those operators. The casino platforms carry the complete operational and regulatory responsibility for what happens during play on their systems.

These Terms are written to communicate plainly. Wherever a provision requires further explanation, the contact form on this Site is the appropriate channel and we respond to genuine inquiries within a reasonable timeframe.

// Who May Use This Site

Any use of this Site as a pathway to real-money play at a licensed casino requires that the following conditions are all genuinely and currently satisfied by you:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or older if the legal minimum gambling age in your jurisdiction exceeds 18.
  • Accessing gambling-related editorial content and registering at an online casino is fully lawful under every law and regulation that applies to you based on your current location.
  • You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion agreement, court order, regulatory restriction, or other comparable legal barrier preventing you from lawfully engaging in gambling.

We have no independent mechanism for verifying any of these conditions. The responsibility rests with each visitor personally and additionally with the casino at which that visitor eventually registers. Where we have reasonable grounds to believe a visitor does not satisfy one or more conditions, we reserve the right to restrict their access without prior notice and without obligation to provide a reason.

Why this matters specifically in the Tower Rush context: the game requires fully active engagement during every round. There is no auto-cashout option. The player must manually press the Cashout button while the multiplier is climbing or forfeit the round. The three bonus events – Frozen Floor, Temple Floor, and Triple Build – can each activate during a live round and meaningfully alter what the player is deciding when they choose to exit. Frozen Floor establishes a multiplier floor; Temple Floor raises the active baseline; Triple Build creates multiple simultaneous multiplier streams the player must track concurrently. This is real-money content that demands genuine adult judgment.

// Nature and Scope of This Site

The content we publish about Tower Rush covers the game in operational depth: how the climbing multiplier functions; why the manual Cashout is the player’s only exit mechanism and what that means for risk during live play; the mechanics of each bonus event; what the RTP range of 96.12% to 97% represents over long-run play; how the EUR 0.10 to EUR 100 bet range interacts with the 100x or EUR 10,000 maximum win; and what the Provably Fair certification alongside GLI and Gaming Associates testing means for game integrity. We also evaluate and compare casino operators distributing the game. This Site does not and will not:

  • host, operate, or maintain any technical connection to the Tower Rush game or to any Galaxsys system;
  • receive, hold, process, transmit, or have any involvement in any financial transaction of any kind;
  • create, administer, view, or take any action in relation to any player account at any casino platform;
  • warrant or represent that Tower Rush behaves identically across every operator distributing it, since individual casino configurations can differ.

Galaxsys holds licenses from the Malta Gaming Authority, the HGC, and Curacao eGaming. Tower Rush is certified by GLI and Gaming Associates. Each casino distributing the game holds its own separate regulatory license and bears full, exclusive responsibility for all gambling activity, player account management, and financial transactions on its platform. If you encounter any issue at a casino you reached through this Site – a disputed round, a withdrawal delay, a bonus problem – that casino is your only appropriate contact. This Site holds no player data and has no authority to investigate or intervene.

This boundary reflects the actual structure, not merely a legal disclaimer. We describe Tower Rush; Galaxsys makes it; casinos run it. Problems with a session or account belong to the entity that ran that session and manages that account.

// Affiliate Revenue and Editorial Independence

This Site generates revenue through affiliate commissions. When a visitor referred from here registers at a partner casino and makes a qualifying deposit, that casino may pay us a referral commission. This is the standard model for independent gambling comparison publishers and it is what makes all content freely accessible.

The commission comes from the casino’s marketing budget and adds nothing to what you pay. It has no effect on how Tower Rush operates for you. The manual Cashout requirement, the absence of auto-cashout, the RTP range, the bonus event mechanics, the Provably Fair certification, and the GLI and Gaming Associates testing are all determined through Galaxsys’s licensing relationship with each casino. Marketing arrangements do not touch them. You receive the same game configuration and casino terms as someone who arrived through any other channel.

Commission arrangements have never and will never determine which casinos appear in our Tower Rush coverage. Every operator we evaluate is assessed against the same fixed criteria regardless of commercial terms: a current verifiable license; clear bonus, withdrawal, and bet terms; a properly functioning Tower Rush integration covering all three bonus events; transparency on the specific RTP configuration running; an accessible demo mode; confirmed mobile performance; and responsible gambling tools accessible within standard account settings. Any operator that does not meet every criterion is not listed, whatever it might offer to pay us.

We re-evaluate listed operators on a rolling basis. Tower Rush was released in February 2024 and the ecosystem around it continues to evolve. When material changes occur at any listed operator, our coverage reflects that independently of any active commercial arrangement. Full detail on the commercial model is in our Affiliate Disclosure.

// Information Accuracy and Its Limits

Our Tower Rush coverage is grounded in what Galaxsys has published: RTP 96.12%–97%, maximum win 100x or EUR 10,000, bet range EUR 0.10–EUR 100, release date February 28 2024, HTML5 format, manual Cashout only with no auto-cashout, bonus mechanics Frozen Floor / Temple Floor / Triple Build, Provably Fair certification, Galaxsys licenses from MGA, HGC, and Curacao eGaming, and independent certification by GLI and Gaming Associates. Galaxsys can update any aspect of the game without notifying third-party publishers. Individual operators may configure their distributions differently.

We cannot guarantee that every detail here precisely reflects what a specific casino is running at any given moment. The RTP range is a long-run statistical average across many rounds, not a prediction for individual sessions. The 100x maximum is an absolute ceiling, not an expected result. Nothing here is gambling, financial, or legal advice. We disclaim liability for decisions based on information that was accurate when published but has since changed.

The Provably Fair certification enables players to verify after any round whether that outcome was generated without manipulation, using cryptographic seed values and hash data the platform provides. The GLI and Gaming Associates certifications cover independent laboratory testing of the RNG and operational parameters. Both are meaningful indicators. Neither removes financial risk or makes outcomes predictable. A certified game can produce a loss.

The bonus events require specific mention. Frozen Floor, Temple Floor, and Triple Build can each activate mid-round without advance notice. Each changes the multiplier environment the player must weigh when deciding to exit. We explain all three consistently across the Site because understanding them before depositing is more useful than encountering them for the first time during a live session.

// Manual Cashout and Bonus Floors: An Explanatory Note

Because Tower Rush is frequently compared with other crash-format games by visitors to this Site, it is worth describing the distinction explicitly within these Terms. Tower Rush operates on a climbing-multiplier system in which the tower rises floor by floor after a stake is set. Each successfully built floor raises the current round value; a failed floor ends the round and forfeits the stake. There is no auto-cashout: the player must manually press the Cashout button while the multiplier is climbing, or forfeit the round entirely. Three bonus events can activate mid-round without advance notice and change the multiplier environment the player must weigh: Frozen Floor establishes a multiplier floor; Temple Floor raises the active baseline; and Triple Build creates multiple simultaneous multiplier streams the player must track concurrently. The longer a player pushes, the more they risk.

// Disclaimers

// Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site operator and all persons acting on its behalf bear no liability for loss or damage of any kind arising from use of this Site, reliance on content here, gambling decisions based on information from this Site, or any issue at a casino platform we do not operate. Where mandatory consumer protection law prevents full exclusion, our liability is limited to the statutory minimum.

// Responsible Gambling

Tower Rush has no auto-cashout. Every round exit is manual. The Frozen Floor, Temple Floor, and Triple Build bonus events add real-time complexity to that decision. Because no structural in-game exit automation exists, pre-session limit-setting is the primary protective tool: deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits configured on the casino platform before play begins. GamCare (www.gamcare.org.uk) and BeGambleAware (www.begambleaware.org) provide free, confidential support. Our Responsible Gambling page covers this fully.

// Conduct

Using this Site means not using it for unlawful purposes; not attempting unauthorized access to its systems; not deploying scraping tools without written permission; not introducing malicious code; and not misrepresenting your identity in communications. Breach may result in immediate suspension of access.

// Privacy

// Changes

These Terms may be revised periodically. Revisions are published here with a new effective date. Continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance.

// Governing Principles

These Terms operate under generally applicable international online commerce law principles and do not displace mandatory consumer rights you hold under your own country’s law. If any provision is found unenforceable, it is severed and the remaining provisions continue in force.
